Deborah, I love this sentiment. Women have some many assets that enable them to play the game of business differently than the way that men play it. Men developed the initial rules to the game but it is so exciting to see that we are shifting to embracing more feminine ideals in the workplace: those of relationship focus, nurturing values, social responsibility. Entrepreneurship is the easiest and fastest way for a woman to embrace her own personal power and business savvy to win the game of business her way.

This is a great article, I agree completely. Something I have always followed when it comes to sales and all business is total honesty. I want the repeat business and it takes trust and honesty to get that. It does help to have a balanced team of men and women.
